Thus began my own entrepreneurial journey in 2017. At the time, I really had no idea what I was doing, but I was going like hell.
Not by using clever strategies, but by working hard on perseverance. This resulted in me turning my first +10k month as a freelancer within just a few months. However, it took me working more than 60 hours a week.
Surely this had to be able to be done differently.
After time spent searching for the right strategy, I decided to completely change my business model. I went from hourly billing to a scalable revenue model. And I went from working a lot to working smarter.
In no time I was achieving the same results with this new business, but working only a few hours a day for it.
So the secret is really in working smarter, making systems work for you, automating, scaling and being incredibly clear on your target audience and message.
You don’t need a complete team for that. That does not require large budgets. You can do all that yourself. With a little help from a business coach and a rock-solid strategy.
Running an online (hybrid) business – and making it successful – can be very easy and stress-free. As long as you know what to do.
